A MUD (Multi-User Dungeon) is a kind of 'virtual world' in which who enters has to feature a character and makes certain tasks usually resulting in: killing monsters barring your way, solving puzzles and talking to people linking with you. These worlds may have different sceneries depending on the tastes of their creator: so we may have medieval MUDs, dark or fantasy ones, or inspired by some famous plots such as Star Trek or others.

By now, i don't know many MUDs; in fact, I just play only one constantly: it's called Albion and it's located in Iceland. Here, like in many other similar places, the aim is to collect experience points in the ways I said above in order to became a Wizard, that is, a sort of immortal master of the game who may also create new rooms in the game. It's still rather tiny, but, in fact, just for this reason we know each other almost everyone, and thus they're all so nice, expecially to the newbies.

Ah, my character is called LightKnight; if you get in, say you're friends of mine, then I hope something nice will take place...
